I am an award-winning, Boston-based photographic artist and educator at the cutting edge of computational photography. Using only my iPhone’s camera, I create striking landscapes and bold geometric compositions. My photographic practice focuses on perception, the “deep seeing” beyond looking, how light behaves, and a fascination with the visual language of lines, shapes, colors, textures, and patterns. Claude Monet has been my longtime muse and inspiration.

I have a passion for teaching. When I am not out photographing with my iPhone, I can be found tutoring iPhoneographers or teaching at a variety of venues throughout the Boston area, including BOLLI (Brandeis Osher Lifelong Learning Institute) and LexArt (Lexington Arts and Crafts Society).
